Agreement
These terms govern access to and use of the GTL platform and services by the entity that accepted them.
Service levels
Availability commitments and service credits are set out in the plan you have subscribed to.
Acceptable use
Services may not be used to originate fraudulent, unlawful or deliberately misleading traffic, including artificially inflated traffic and unauthorised caller ID spoofing.
Fees and billing
Platform fees are billed in advance and usage in arrears. Rate changes are notified 30 days before taking effect.
Suspension
We may suspend traffic where required to protect the network, to comply with a legal obligation, or where an account exceeds an agreed credit limit.
Liability
Liability is limited as set out in your order form. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
